Sear pork belly until golden brown on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside once cooked through. In the same pot, lower the heat to medium and add butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 15 seconds. Then, add 2 cups of water and bring to a simmer. Add the seasoning packet, soy sauce and heavy cream and stir until well combined. Add the immi noodles and cook for 4 minutes. To plate, add the noodles to a bowl and top with pork belly, soft-boiled egg, green onions and nori. Pour broth all over and enjoy!
