- 1 pack immi Black Garlic “Chicken” ramen
- 3 slices pork belly
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- Toppings: soft-boiled egg, thinly sliced green onions and nori
Instructions
- In a small pot, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium high heat. Sear pork belly until golden brown on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside once cooked through.
- In the same pot, lower the heat to medium and add butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 15 seconds.
- Then, add 2 cups of water and bring to a simmer. Add the seasoning packet, soy sauce and heavy cream and stir until well combined. Add the immi noodles and cook for 4 minutes.
- To plate, add the noodles to a bowl and top with pork belly, soft-boiled egg, green onions and nori. Pour broth all over and enjoy!
