Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and add turmeric, soy sauce and coconut milk. Stir until well combined and let simmer for 2–3 minutes. Then, add the immi ramen noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Add chicken and bok choy during the last minute. Plate ramen in a bowl and top with the soft-boiled egg, green onions, chili oil and squeeze of lemon. Enjoy!
