Add the spice packet and ginger and mix well to dissolve. Add the ramen noodles and corn and cook for 4 minutes. Then, add the lemon juice and spinach, cooking until just wilted, about 30 seconds. Add soy sauce and mix to combine. Take off heat. Add ramen noodles to a bowl and top with rotisserie chicken, spinach and corn. Pour broth all over and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle red pepper flakes and black pepper. Enjoy!
