- 1 immi Black Garlic “Chicken” packet
- ¼ cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup frozen corn kernels
- Handful spinach
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Toppings: olive oil, red pepper flakes, black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a pot with 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the spice packet and ginger and mix well to dissolve. Add the ramen noodles and corn and cook for 4 minutes.
- Then, add the lemon juice and spinach, cooking until just wilted, about 30 seconds. Add soy sauce and mix to combine. Take off heat.
- Add ramen noodles to a bowl and top with rotisserie chicken, spinach and corn. Pour broth all over and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle red pepper flakes and black pepper. Enjoy!
