Lemon Ginger Chicken Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 immi Black Garlic “Chicken” packet
  • ¼ cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ¼ cup frozen corn kernels
  • Handful spinach
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Toppings: olive oil, red pepper flakes, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot with 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the spice packet and ginger and mix well to dissolve. Add the ramen noodles and corn and cook for 4 minutes.
  2. Then, add the lemon juice and spinach, cooking until just wilted, about 30 seconds. Add soy sauce and mix to combine. Take off heat.
  3. Add ramen noodles to a bowl and top with rotisserie chicken, spinach and corn. Pour broth all over and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle red pepper flakes and black pepper. Enjoy!
