Then, rinse noodles in cold water to stop the cooking, drain and set aside. Heat the same pot over medium heat and add 1 tbsp butter. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden. Season with salt and pepper. Add ramen noodles, 1 tbsp butter, a splash of soy sauce and some grated Parmesan to the pot. Stir until noodles are fully coated and glistening. Adjust seasoning to taste. Plate the ramen in a bowl and top with more Parmesan, freshly cracked black pepper and green onions. Enjoy!
