Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Creamy “Chicken” immi packet
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 splash of soy sauce
  • Salt, black pepper and Parmesan, to taste
  • Green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, rinse noodles in cold water to stop the cooking, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the same pot over medium heat and add 1 tbsp butter. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add ramen noodles, 1 tbsp butter, a splash of soy sauce and some grated Parmesan to the pot. Stir until noodles are fully coated and glistening. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Plate the ramen in a bowl and top with more Parmesan, freshly cracked black pepper and green onions. Enjoy!
