Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sliced ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp minced leek
  • ⅓ cup tofu
  • 2 tsp tamari
  • 1 tsp sesame seed oil
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  •  cup impossible ground beef
  • 4 wonton wrappers
  • green onions
  • 1 tbsp chilli oil
  • 1 oz. bean sprouts
  • 1 oz. baby bok choy
  • 1 cooked immi ramen

Instructions

  1. Minced 1 slice of ginger, 1 clove of garlic,  2 shiitake mushrooms and fresh leeks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add ⅓ cup of tofu and the chopped ingredients.
  3. Pour in 2 tsp of tamari, 1 tsp of sesame seed oil, ½ tsp of white pepper, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, and 1 tbsp of mirin.
  4. Mix all the ingredients using a spoon.
  5. Next, add ⅓ cup of impossible ground beef. Mix to bind ingredients together.
  6. Lay down the wonton skins and scoop 1 tbsp of wonton filling.
  7. Use water on two edges, fold a triangle, and bring the ends together.
  8. Boil the wonton for 3 minutes.
  9. Start plating and add the wonton, green onions, chilli oil,  baby bok choy and bean sprouts to the cooked immi.
