Next, add 1 tbsp of white sugar, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, ½ tsp of pepper and mix it all up until the ingredients emulsify. Thinly slice some radish and peel some carrots. Drop carrots and radish into ice water to keep it crisp. Place the radish and carrots on a bed of salad and drizzle the dressing. Mix it up with your hands.
