Veggie Tempura

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 carrots
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 oz. broccoli
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 1 cooked immi noodles
  • oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Chop carrots, sweet potato, eggplant and broccoli.
  2. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
  3. Next, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and ½ teaspoon of baking soda.
  4. Add 1.5 cups of water to the bowl and stir until the consistency thickens.
  5. Coat all the veggies in the mixture.
  6. Fry the coated veggies until golden brown.
  7. Transfer to a paper-lined plate. Sprinkle salt.
  8. Allow it to cool slightly. Serve with cooked immi noodles.
