Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 cooked immi ramen

Instructions

  1. Chop the mushrooms diagonally and score each of them.
  2. Transfer the mushroom to a dry pan on medium heat.
  3. Sear both sides for 2 minutes and until they are golden brown.
  4. Drop 1 tablespoon of butter and continue to sear it for a few minutes.
  5. Add salt and pepper to the mushrooms.
  6. Sear it over to the cooked immi ramen.
