  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 ginger
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 1 packet of immi ramen in Spicy “Beef”
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water


  1. Diced up a tomato, chopped some green onions and sliced ginger.
  2. In a pot, put 1 tablespoon of oil on low heat and add everything.
  3. After a minute, add 1.5 cups of water and 1 immi Spicy “Beef” seasoning pack.
  4. Whisk up an egg and stir the soup before the egg.
  5. Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water.
  6. Pour the slurry to thicken the soup.
  7. Combine the cooked immi ramen and soup, and top it off with some chopped green onions.
