Ingredients

  • 1 immi Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu packet
  • 6 oz of steak
  • 4 shrimp
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Garnish: parsley and lemon wedge


Instructions

  1. Season shrimp and steak with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together butter, salt, garlic and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side, adding 1 tbsp of the garlic butter halfway through. Set aside.
  4. Cook steak 3-5 minutes on each side until browned, basting with 2 tbsp of garlic butter halfway through. Set aside to rest. Slice the steak after resting for 7+ minutes.
  5. Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles according to instructions. Reserve 1 cup of cooking water and add to a bowl with the spice packet.
  6. Add noodles, sliced steak, shrimp and parsley. Squeeze lemon and enjoy!
