Set aside. In a small bowl, mix together butter, salt, garlic and garlic powder until well combined. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side, adding 1 tbsp of the garlic butter halfway through. Set aside. Cook steak 3-5 minutes on each side until browned, basting with 2 tbsp of garlic butter halfway through. Set aside to rest. Slice the steak after resting for 7+ minutes. Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles according to instructions. Reserve 1 cup of cooking water and add to a bowl with the spice packet. Add noodles, sliced steak, shrimp and parsley. Squeeze lemon and enjoy!
