Then, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside. Prep all of the vegetables and set aside. Add cooked ramen noodles to a bowl. Then, arrange each vegetable into parallel lines on top of the ramen to resemble a rainbow, in the following order: red bell pepper, carrot, corn, edamame and cabbage. Top with the dressing and green onions. Mix together and enjoy!
