Cooked until they looked golden. For the miso paste, mix 2 tbsp of mirin, 4 tbsp of agave, 2 tbsp of sake, and 4 tbsp of miso in a pot. Mix and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Add the miso paste to the tofu and sear it side face down for 3 minutes to make it look glazed. Cooked the immi in Spicy “Beef” according to instructions. Place the bok choy and glazed tofu on the side. Pour immi’s broth and top it off with green onions.
