Leave undisturbed for a few minutes until golden brown. Set aside and season with salt and pepper. In the same pan, add corn kernels and cook until warmed through, seasoning with salt and pepper. Continue stirring until the corn has color all over. Set aside. Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Transfer 1 cup of the ramen water to a bowl and add the spice packet. Mix thoroughly until fully dissolved. To the broth, add the ramen noodles, roast beef, mushrooms, corn, pickles, green onion and BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
