  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1-2 cups sweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup Yogurt
  • Pinch of cardamom


  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more milk until you reach your desired consistency. Optionally, sprinkle cardamom on top. Enjoy!
