Boiled Tomato Ramen Toppings

  • 3 red tomatoes
  • green onions
  • 1 cooked immi noodles in Spicy “Beef” 
  • 1 boiled egg


  1. Gently slice the top of the tomato.
  2. In boiling water, dip the tomatoes for 2o seconds.
  3. Transfer the boiled tomatoes to a bowl filled with ice.
  4. Let it cool down for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook the immi Spicy “Beef” ramen noodles and add 1 boiled egg.
  6. Peel the skin of the tomatoes and add it as a topping to the immi noodles, along with some chopped green onions.
