Ingredients

  • 1 can soy sauce bamboo shoots
  • 3 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cooked immi ramen
  • 1 cup of broth
  • 1 boiled egg
  • green onions
  • mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Open one can of soy sauce bamboo shoots.
  2. Put the bamboo shoots in a small bowl.
  3. Pour 3 tablespoons of tamari.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of mirin and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  5. Plate your cooked immi ramen and add broth.
  6. Put mushrooms, leafy vegetables and boiled eggs on the side.
  7. Next, add the bamboo shoots and green onions.
