Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside. Place salmon on a sheet pan and drizzle Bachan’s all over the filet. Use a brush to evenly coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then bake for 13 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add vegetable oil and sauté onion, cabbage, carrots and mushrooms until softened, about 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Then, add ramen noodles to the pan and drizzle about 1 tbsp Bachan’s. Mix well and cook for another couple of minutes. Plate the yakisoba and top with the salmon and green onions. Enjoy!
