Once the pumpkin mixture starts to brown, slowly mix in your almond milk. Stir until well-combined. Then take the mixture off the heat. In a separate bowl, mix your cooked boba with 3 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice. To serve, pour ¼ cup of boba in a cup filled with ice, followed by the black tea, and pumpkin spiced almond milk. Mix and enjoy with immi ramen!
