Ingredients

  • 1 mushroom
  • 1 garlic
  • ¼ carrot
  • 1 celery
  • 1 green onion
  • ½ cabbage
  • ½ onions
  • 1 cooked immi noodle
  • 1 tbsp dark soy
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ¼ tsp white pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the veggies and sliced mushrooms, garlic, carrots, celery, green onions, cabbage and onions.
  2. In a pan with oil, stir-fry the vegetables. Set it aside.
  3. Put the cooked immi noodles in the pan and add the stir-fried veggies.
  4. Add 1 tbsp dark soy and 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
  5. Sprinkle ¼ tsp white pepper and transfer it to another plate.
