  • 1 packet of immi in Spicy “Beef” ramen
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 marinated tofu
  • 10 strips of bamboo shoots
  • ¼ shiitake mushrooms
  • ½ hard-boiled egg
  • 1 tsp lime juice


  1. Cook immi noodles, drain, and transfer to a bowl filled with ice to cool.
  2. In a pot, dissolve Spicy “Beef” seasoning in 1 cup of water.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the spicy beef broth and stir until the mixture is reduced by ¼.
  4. In a bowl, place the immi noodles, marinated tofu, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms and hard-boiled egg. Squeeze lime over the ramen bowl.
  5. In a separate bowl, pour in the prepared tsukemen.
  6. Dip the immi ramen noodles into the tsukemen and savor the delightful flavors.
