  • 1 packet of immi in Black Garlic “Chicken”
  • 1 bamboo shoots, cut into strips
  • carrots, julienned
  • 1 tofu
  • bean sprouts
  • 2 bok choy
  • 1 shiitake, sliced
  • ½ smoked egg


  1. In a bowl, put a handful of cooked immi noodles.
  2. Add bamboo shoots, chopped carrots, tofu, bean sprouts, bok choy and smoked egg.
  3. Cover the bowl with a seran wrap.
  4. Punch a hole with a knife.
  5. Add wood chips to the smoking device and light it up to smoke the ramen bowl.
  6. Next, in boiling water, pour 1 pack of immi Black Garlic “Chicken” seasoning.
  7. Add the soup to the smoked ramen bowl.
