  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1 egg


  1. In a wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced garlic, and cook until the garlic begins to brown.
  3. Lower the heat, then crack in the egg. Baste the egg in the hot garlic oil, until the whites get puffy.
  4. Top your immi ramen with your puffy garlic egg, chili oil, and sliced green onions.
