Ingredients

  • 2 cups shiitake mushrooms
  • ½ cup bread flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 4 tbsp mayo
  • oil
  • 1 immi Spicy “Beef” seasoning
  • green onions
  • buns

Instructions

  1. Chopped shiitake mushrooms and cucumbers.
  2. In a bowl, combine ½ cup of bread flour and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
  3. Pour ¾ cup of water and whisk until there’s no lump. Add the chopped mushrooms.
  4. Next, create a sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce and 4 tablespoons of mayo.
  5. Fry the coated mushrooms in a pan for 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the fried mushrooms to a plate and sprinkle with 1 immi Spicy “Beef” seasoning.
  7. Fill in the buns, spread the sauce, and add the fried mushrooms, cucumber, and green onion.
