In a bowl, combine ½ cup of bread flour and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Pour ¾ cup of water and whisk until there’s no lump. Add the chopped mushrooms. Next, create a sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce and 4 tablespoons of mayo. Fry the coated mushrooms in a pan for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer the fried mushrooms to a plate and sprinkle with 1 immi Spicy “Beef” seasoning. Fill in the buns, spread the sauce, and add the fried mushrooms, cucumber, and green onion.
