  • ½ lb ground pork
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • Juice of half lime
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu

  1. Heat a non-stick pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add in the ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Next, add in soy sauce, lime juice, green onion, stir for 2 minutes then transfer half of the mixture into a small bowl (this will be the topping).
  4. Pour 1 ½ cups of water into the pot, then let the water come to a boil.
  5. Add immi’s Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu ramen into the boiling water and cook for 6 minutes.
  6. Pour the cooked ramen into a bowl and top with remaining ground pork you set aside!
