  • 2 tbsp room temperature unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 egg
  • 1 immi ramen


  1. In a small pan, melt the butter then mix in gochujang.
  2. Over medium-low heat, melt the gochujang butter until the butter begins to brown and smells slightly nutty.
  3. Lower the heat, then crack an egg into the gochujang butter.
  4. Top your Immi ramen with your gochujang butter fried egg. Optionally, add sesame seeds and furikake. Enjoy!
