Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Black Garlic “Chicken” immi
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 green onion
  • Optional: Pork belly slices, soft-boiled egg, more green onion

Instructions

  1. . In a pot over medium heat, add all of the ingredients except your cooked immi noodles.
  2. Cook the concentrated broth until it starts to boil, then take it off the heat and pour into a bowl.
  3. Serve alongside your cooked immi noodles that have been topped with sliced pork belly, a soft-boiled egg, and more green onion.
  4. Dip the noodles into your broth and enjoy!
