Oil up the eggplants and get them in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. For the miso paste, mix 2 tbsp of mirin, 4 tbsp of agave, 2 tbsp of sake, and 4 tbsp of miso in a pot. Mix and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Spread the miso on the baked eggplant and put it back into the oven until its golden brown. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
