Add ½ chopped carrot and 8 tablespoons of agave to the pot. Turn on the heat. In a glass, pour 2 oz. rye whiskey, 3 dash Peychaud and Angostura bitters. Add ice, and pour ½ oz. ginger syrup. Stir the drink. Spray 2 absinthe and put 1 lemon peel to the whiskey.
