Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 immi ramen packet
  • 4 thin slices Japanese sweet potato
  • 1 oyster mushroom, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices of fish cake
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsp hondashi
  • 1 Tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ soft boiled egg
  • Green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Then, add the hondashi, mirin, sugar and soy sauce. Stir until sugar is melted and everything is well combined.
  2. Add the sweet potatoes and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Then, add the fish cake and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the immi ramen noodles and cook for 6 minutes.
  3. Plate your ramen and top with a soft boiled egg and green onions. Enjoy!
