Then, add the hondashi, mirin, sugar and soy sauce. Stir until sugar is melted and everything is well combined. Add the sweet potatoes and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Then, add the fish cake and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the immi ramen noodles and cook for 6 minutes. Plate your ramen and top with a soft boiled egg and green onions. Enjoy!
