Give it a shake and freeze overnight. Strain the fat-washed gin and put 1 oz. of it in the shaker. Add add 1 oz. cocchi americano and 1 oz. of cointreau, Squeeze and add 1 oz. of lemon juice along with some ice. Give it a shake. Add absinthe to the frosted glass and swirl. Strain and pour into the glass. Put lemon zest or peel into the glass.
