Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside. In a medium-sized pot, heat the ghee over medium heat. Add the chicken and brown lightly on all sides, ~2-3 minutes. Add the Butter Masala and stir to combine. Simmer for ~8 minutes over low heat, or until chicken is cooked through. Add the noodles to the pot and mix until well combined. Swirl in a tablespoon of butter to finish. To plate, garnish with cilantro and green onions. Enjoy!
