Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
  • ⅛ cup finely chopped green beans
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped carrot
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 Spicy “Beef” immi
  • 1 pinch asafoetida
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ cup gram flour
  • ⅓ cup water
  • Neutral oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. In a deep skillet, heat enough oil for deep frying until the temperature reaches 350F.
  3. Add spoonfuls of batter into the oil, and cook until golden brown.
