Fried Garlic Toppings

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp togarashi pepper
  • 2 tofu
  • 1 chives
  • 85 grams bean sprouts
  • 1 immi noodle of your choice
  • Green leafy vegetables to garnish


  1. Heat oil on low heat in a pan, add finely chopped garlic.
  2. Sprinkle a touch of salt and togarashi pepper for heat.
  3. Remove any excess oil from the fried garlic by placing it on a paper towel. Allow it to cool.
  4. Saute bean sprouts and chopped chives.
  5. Fry tofu until golden brown, then cook your choice of immi noodles.
  6. Place the sautéed bean sprouts, fried tofu,  chopped chives, garnish, and fried garlic over your favorite flavor of immi noodles.
