Kimchi Fried Ramen

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup chopped kimchi
  • ¼ cup kimchi juice
  • ¼ cup cubed spam
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 Spicy “Beef” immi
  • 1 packet of dry roasted seaweed

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Next, add onions, kimchi, kimchi juice, spam, gochujang, immi Spicy “Beef” spice packet, and cook until the spam begins to brown and the onions begin to soften.
  3. Add your cooked immi noodles, and toss until the noodles are well combined with the kimchi spam mixture.
  4. Top with seaweed and enjoy!
