Ingredients

  • ½ carrot, sliced
  • ½ zucchini, sliced
  • ¼ cup steamed spinach
  • ¼ onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • Cooked immi ramen noodles in Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • Garnish sesame seed

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté all of the vegetables with a tablespoon of sesame oil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked immi ramen noodles with soy sauce, remaining tablespoon of sesame oil, black pepper, and sautéed vegetables.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
