Ingredients

  • 1 Tom Yum “Shrimp” immi spice packet
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottomed pot, whisk together the immi spice packet, eggs, water, and sesame oil until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Cover and let the mixture simmer over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Once the egg begins to set at the bottom of the pot, gently stir the mixture, then cover for another 5 minutes.
  4. Top the fluffy gyeranjjim with green onion, and dig in!
