Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tbsp of cooked rice
  • 1 spam
  • 1 seaweed
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp of immi noodles
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup panko mix
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 3 tbsp of sriracha

Instructions

  1. Pack some rice, immi noodles, spam into musubi mold.
  2. Wrap it with seaweed and hold it together using some pieces of rice.
  3. Dip into ½ white flour, 2 eggs, and ¼ cup of panko mix for batter.
  4. Shallow fry both sides for 30 seconds or until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the dipping sauce and mix ½ cup of mayo and 3 tbsp of sriracha.
