Then, rinse noodles in cold water to stop the cooking, drain and set aside. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Then, add the garlic, onion, bell peppers and broccoli. Cook for 3 minutes or so until slightly tender but still crisp. Add the drained noodles to the wok along with the seasoning packet, soy sauce, and chili crisp. Mix well for about 2-3 minutes until noodles are evenly coated in the sauce. Plate the noodles and top with green onions, sesame seeds and a fried egg. Enjoy!🍜
