Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pack immi Spicy “Beef”
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ cup thinly sliced beef
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • Toppings: thinly sliced green onion, sesame seeds and fried egg

Instructions

  1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, rinse noodles in cold water to stop the cooking, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  3. Then, add the garlic, onion, bell peppers and broccoli. Cook for 3 minutes or so until slightly tender but still crisp.
  4. Add the drained noodles to the wok along with the seasoning packet, soy sauce, and chili crisp. Mix well for about 2-3 minutes until noodles are evenly coated in the sauce.
  5. Plate the noodles and top with green onions, sesame seeds and a fried egg. Enjoy!🍜
