- 1 pack immi Spicy “Beef”
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ cup thinly sliced beef
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ yellow onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili oil
- Toppings: thinly sliced green onion, sesame seeds and fried egg
Instructions
- Bring a small pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, rinse noodles in cold water to stop the cooking, drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Then, add the garlic, onion, bell peppers and broccoli. Cook for 3 minutes or so until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Add the drained noodles to the wok along with the seasoning packet, soy sauce, and chili crisp. Mix well for about 2-3 minutes until noodles are evenly coated in the sauce.
- Plate the noodles and top with green onions, sesame seeds and a fried egg. Enjoy!🍜
