Roasted Garlic Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 whole garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 packet of immi in Black Garlic “Chicken” Ramen
  • carrots, julienned
  • 4 slices of fried tofu
  • 1 green onions
  • 1 oz. baby bok choy

Instructions

  1. Chop 1 whole garlic in half.
  2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of salt.
  3. Put the garlic in the oven for 30 minutes at 400F.
  4. Cooked the immi ramen in Black Garlic “Chicken”.
  5. Add carrots, tofu, baby bok choy, and green onions.
  6. Lastly, squeeze out the roasted garlic to top off the ramen.
