- 1 whole garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 packet of immi in Black Garlic “Chicken” Ramen
- carrots, julienned
- 4 slices of fried tofu
- 1 green onions
- 1 oz. baby bok choy
Instructions
- Chop 1 whole garlic in half.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of salt.
- Put the garlic in the oven for 30 minutes at 400F.
- Cooked the immi ramen in Black Garlic “Chicken”.
- Add carrots, tofu, baby bok choy, and green onions.
- Lastly, squeeze out the roasted garlic to top off the ramen.
