Ingredients

  • 1 immi ramen noodles in Tom Yum “Shrimp”
  • ¼ cup deep-fried peanuts
  • ¼ cup deep-fried cashews
  • ¼ cup roasted chana dal
  • Handful of curry leaves
  • Pinch of hing powder (asafoetida)
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl, and toss until everything is well combined.
