Mix until well combined. Chopped onions, carrots, and green onions and added them to the bowl. Add ½ cup of cooked immi noodles to the bowl and shiitake mushrooms. Use a spoon to mix the ingredients together in the bowl. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil onto a pan. Put the pajeon mixture on the pan. Fry both sides for minutes or until they are crispy.
