Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- ¾ cups of water
- green onions, thinly sliced
- carrots, julienned
- onions, julienned
- ½ cup of cooked immi noodles
- shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, put 1 cup of flour and ¾ cups of water. Mix until well combined.
- Chopped onions, carrots, and green onions and added them to the bowl.
- Add ½ cup of cooked immi noodles to the bowl and shiitake mushrooms.
- Use a spoon to mix the ingredients together in the bowl.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil onto a pan. Put the pajeon mixture on the pan.
- Fry both sides for minutes or until they are crispy.
