In a mixing bowl, add ⅓ cup of tofu and the chopped ingredients. Pour in 2 tsp of tamari, 1 tsp of sesame seed oil, ½ tsp of white pepper, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, and 1 tbsp of mirin. Mix all the ingredients using a spoon. Next, add ⅓ cup of impossible ground beef. Mix to bind ingredients together. Lay down the wonton skins and scoop 1 tbsp of wonton filling. Use water on two edges, fold a triangle, and bring the ends together. Boil the wonton for 3 minutes. Start plating and add the wonton, green onions, chilli oil, baby bok choy and bean sprouts to the cooked immi.
