In a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Next, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and ½ teaspoon of baking soda. Add 1.5 cups of water to the bowl and stir until the consistency thickens. Coat all the veggies in the mixture. Fry the coated veggies until golden brown. Transfer to a paper-lined plate. Sprinkle salt. Allow it to cool slightly. Serve with cooked immi noodles.
