  • 34 eggs
  • 1 green onions, for garnish
  • 1 cooked immi noodles
  • cooking oil


  1. Crack 3 to 4 eggs and bet them until completely mixed.
  2. Heat the oil in a small pan non-stick frying pan.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and wait for a few seconds for the bottom to set.
  4. Use a wooden chopstick and hold it steady in the middle of the omelette, use the panhandle to turn the pan with the other hand, twisting the omelette into a tornado shape.
  5. Place it on top of the cooked immi noodles and add green onions.
