Once the tomatoes have charred on both sides, lower the heat, then add water, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Let the tomatoes simmer in the sauce until there’s no liquid left. Top your immi ramen with your tomatoes, a drizzle of sesame oil and sprinkle of sesame seeds.
